Published sites policy

Tabbio lets you publish a page, document, slide deck or image you made in Tabbio at its own address on tabbio.site (a “published site”). This policy sets the rules every published site must follow. It applies together with our Terms of Service, including their Acceptable Use section.

You are responsible for everything you publish, including text, images, links and files, whether you wrote it yourself or asked Tabbio to write it for you.

A published site must not:

• ask visitors for passwords, one-time codes, payment card or bank details, wallet recovery phrases, or identity documents, or pretend to be a bank, payment or wallet provider, government service, sign-in page, or Tabbio (phishing);
• distribute or link to malware, spyware, or other unwanted software, or use fake download buttons;
• impersonate a person, brand, or organization, or suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist;
• promote or carry illegal content or activity, including fraud, scams, and the sale of prohibited goods;
• carry hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that praises or incites violence;
• carry any sexual content involving minors. We remove it at once, close the account, and report it to the authorities;
• be spam, deceptive advertising, fake reviews, or a pyramid or get-rich-quick scheme;
• use work that belongs to someone else, such as text, images, logos, or trademarks, without permission;
• publish other people's personal information without their consent;
• mislead visitors about where a link goes, or send them on through hidden redirects.

Published sites run no scripts and cannot collect form entries: the published copy keeps only the content, the styles, the images and the fonts. Before a site goes live, and every time it is updated, we check it:

• its external links and images are looked up with Google Web Risk, and a link to a known unsafe page stops the publish;
• automated checks look for signs of phishing, such as a brand name together with sign-in or payment words in the address or title, and stop the publish when they match;
• the address must follow the name rules in section 4.

We check the links of every live site again each week. A site that fails a check, or that several people report for phishing or malware within a day, may be suspended automatically while we review it. Automated checks can be wrong: if you think one was, contact us as described in section 7.

• Addresses are names on tabbio.site of 3 to 40 lowercase letters, digits, or hyphens. Names of Tabbio services, common brands, and words used for sign-in or payment pages cannot be used.
• A name equal to a Tabbio username or company page is kept for that member or company.
• When you unpublish or rename a site, the old name stays reserved for you for 30 days, and a renamed site redirects from its old name for 30 days.
• An address is not your property. We may reserve or reclaim a name, for example to stop impersonation, and a name used for abuse stays reserved permanently.

Anyone can report a published site with the form at report.tabbio.site/report, with the Report link on sites that show the Tabbio badge, or by email to abuse@tabbio.com. Tell us the address, what is wrong, and, if you like, an email address we can reply to.

We review every report. We do not tell the site's owner who reported it, and we store the reporter's network address only as a one-way code that changes every day.

• We may refuse to publish it, or suspend it. A suspended address shows a notice that the site was removed (or that it was removed for a legal reason), and the name stays reserved so nobody else can use it.
• We tell the owner in Tabbio and by email, with the reason and how to appeal. The owner's file stays in Tabbio and can still be edited; only the published copy is taken down.
• We keep the published copy of a suspended site for 90 days as evidence, or for longer when the law requires it, and then delete it.
• Serious or repeated violations may lead to the suspension of the Tabbio account under the Terms of Service, and we report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.

If you think your site was suspended by mistake, email abuse@tabbio.comfrom the email address of your Tabbio account, with the site's address and what you want us to reconsider. A person reviews every appeal. If we restore the site, it is served again, but its name may stay reserved.

To ask us to remove content that infringes your rights, or to send a court order or other legal request about a published site, email abuse@tabbio.comwith the site's address, the work or right concerned, your contact details, and a statement that the information in your request is accurate. We may take the site down while we review the request and tell its owner.
