  • 01Develop, manage, and coordinate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit across all project stages, from concept to IFC and construction.
  • 02Act as the Revit and BIM technical authority within the project team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project BIM standards.

  • 09Assist with clash detection, model audits, and coordination reviews using appropriate BIM tools.
  • 10Support project teams during submissions, authority approvals, and construction stages.
  • 11Explore and apply AI tools, automation scripts, or parametric workflows (where applicable) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • 12Ensure compliance with project management, Operational (QA), Environmental, and Health and Safety procedures.
