Key responsibilities
- 01Set up, manage, and maintain BIM models in Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD for multidisciplinary projects.
- 02Develop and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), including model setup, coordination workflows, and CDE/ACC structure.
- 03Perform model audits, clash detection, and issue tracking using Navisworks and coordination platforms (e.g. Revizto, ACC Model Coordination).
- 04Coordinate models across architecture, structure, MEP/building services, and infrastructure utilities, ensuring issues are clearly communicated and driven to resolution.
- 05Use Dynamo to automate repetitive tasks, perform structured QA/QC checks, and optimize model health and performance.
- 06Design, build, and maintain complex, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports (including data modelling and DAX) to track BIM data, model health, progress, and QA/QC metrics.
- 07Support BIM leadership in implementing digital standards, QA/QC processes, and continuous improvement of BIM/digital delivery workflows.

- : Minimum 8 years of BIM experience in the AEC industry, including significant Middle East project experience.
- : Strong production and coordination experience with Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD on large, multidisciplinary projects.
- : Solid understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360/ProjectWise, including project setup, permissions, and design collaboration workflows.
