  • 01Develop and execute strategic marketing and brand positioning plans for the Nursery and Schools.

  • 10Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • 11Consult with product development personnel on product specifications, such as design, color, or packaging.
  • 12Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2
  • 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
