Key responsibilities
- 01Conduct precommissioning, commissioning, PMs, daily checks, testing such as loop testing, megger testing, PLC analysis, control panel and systems troubleshooting, panel programming
- 02Clear understanding of Systems Completions, Punch List Management System
- 03Provide feedback to supervisor to improve project performance & assist with completing PM reports & other documentation
- 04Keep track of electrical equipment and instrumentation commissioning progress, performance, daily logs books, follow maintenance schedules and plans
- 05Repair and troubleshoot, alternators, transmitters, flow meters, breakers, switch gear, switches, valves, control panels and motor systems
- 06Respond to customer call outs and emergency requirements and develop customer relationships to further field service work
- 07Support site leadership with spare parts management that includes inventory levels and counts, Min
- 08Max, parts movement tracking
- 09Assist with equipment and plant operations and troubleshooting
- 10Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
- 11Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Required qualifications
- : Minimum Electrical Diploma or engineering certificate and HV certification
- : Minimum 7+ years experience in similar work environment. Precommissioning and Commissioning Experience is must
- : Commissioning and O&M of Waukesha, Caterpillar, Frick and Ariel compressors, be ready and willing to learn on new equipment
- : Hands on experience on PCS, ESD, F&G systems, Burner management system, turbotronic systems
- : Intermediate knowledge of PC tools as, and not limited to, Microsoft office MS Word and MS Excel
- : Able to read/understand P&ID and Wiring schematics including single line diagrams
- : Able to work under pressure and with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
- : Motivated, organized, strong problem
