  • 09Ensure reliable emergency response protocols and business continuity planning Client Partnership & Account Management
  • 10Serve as senior client interface for major accounts, building trusted advisor relationships
  • 11Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with performance data and strategic recommendations
  • 12Proactively identify client needs and translate them into service enhancements
