HSE Officer

Key responsibilities
  • 01Investigate incidents, accidents, and near
  • 02: Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE
  • 03Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and developing safety measures.
  • 04Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority.
  • 05Report incidents/accidents and other unusual occurrences at site.
  • 06Assist HSE manager in conducting full investigation of accident / incident, including near misses.
  • 07Determine probable causes, develops, circulates and enforces appropriate permanent preventive measures.
  • 08Advice new and existing personnel of proper and safe work procedures.
  • 09Participate to Corporate / Project
  • 10developed Safety Training / Incentive and Awareness Programs.
  • 11Closely monitor scaffold erection / dismantling work, permit
  • 12required confined space entries, crane work / lifting operations, hot work, equipment energization, tie
Preferred qualifications
  • — Knowledge of local HSE standards (Ashghal / QCS preferred)

  • — Additional certifications (OSHA, IOSH) are an advantage.
