Key responsibilities
- 01Guildhall is exclusively supporting a newly awarded 4.5
- 02Develop and execute the overall HSE plan, policies, and project
- 03Lead, mentor, and oversee the full HSE team including HSE Managers, Officers, and Safety Inspectors.
- 04Establish clear HSE targets, KPIs, and performance control measures.
- 05Ensure a strong safety culture across all departments, subcontractors, and site operations. Regulatory & Compliance
- 06Ensure full compliance with Kuwait HSE regulations, marine construction standards, and statutory requirements.
- 07Review and approve all method statements, risk assessments, PTWs (Permit to Work), and emergency response plans.
- 08Lead site audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
