Key responsibilities
  • 01General Legal Support:
  • 02Assist in drafting correspondence and legal documents;
  • 03Under the supervision of the Legal and Corporate Governance Manager, respond to ad hoc legal inquiries and requests for advice from internal stakeholders;
  • 04Support in creating training materials for Affiliate
  • 05wide legal compliance education.
  • 06Legal Research and Analysis:
  • 07Conduct legal research on issues relevant to the oil and gas industry, including changes in the legislation, industry regulations, etc.
  • 08Prepare summaries and memoranda on legal findings for the Legal and Corporate Governance Manager.

  • 10Assist in the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various contracts, namely services agreements, non
  • 11disclosure agreements, real estate agreements, employment related agreements, etc;
  • 12Ensure that contracts are aligned with Affiliate’s policies and legal requirements;
