Key responsibilities
  • 01Establishes standard policies and procedures for recruitment for Security personnel.
  • 02Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your departments responsibility in an emergency.
  • 03Briefs Supervisors on function, VIP arrivals and other events, which will necessitate additional or special preparations.
  • 04Cables relationship with all guest of the hotel.
  • 05Conducts frequent front and back of house checks ensuring the security procedures, standards of associates grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.
  • 06Conforms to and enforce policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by Wyndham Hotel Group and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
  • 07Delegates to and supervise all staff within the department and assist them in preparing work schedules.
