  • 01Build and own webook.com Product Ops foundations: planning cadence, OKR tracking, decision forums, roadmap hygiene, and ways of working.
  • 02Orchestrate release readiness and go to market execution across markets by defining launch standards, checklists, and clear ownership.
  • 03Create the post launch learning loop: performance tracking, insights synthesis, retros, and follow up execution with accountable product owners.
  • 04Define and track cross market experience standards and launch quality signals, and surface gaps early with clear owners to close them.
  • 05Drive a small number of high impact horizontal initiatives that measurably improve delivery speed, quality, and alignment.
  • 06Act as a connector and force multiplier across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial, removing friction and surfacing systemic risks early.
  • 07Establish lightweight documentation and tooling standards that improve clarity without adding bureaucracy.
  • 08Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
  • 09Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products.
  • 10Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services.
  • 11Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
  • 12Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in Product Ops, Product, Business Ops, consulting, or transformation roles in a tech environment
  • Proven ability to build operating models and rituals from scratch and get adoption without authority
  • Strong cross functional program leadership from ambiguity to shipped outcomes
  • Experience supporting multi market launches or localization
  • Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, or ticketing and entertainment
  • Prior experience hiring or leading a small team
  • Data fluency: comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and making tradeoffs visible
  • Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and handle conflict constructively
