Key responsibilities
  • 01Shipping & Transportation:
  • 02Plan, coordinate, and track shipments (local and international) to ensure timely delivery.
  • 03Arrange transportation for materials, equipment, and goods between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites.
  • 04Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to manage import/export documentation.
  • 05Ensure compliance with Bahrain Customs regulations and international shipping laws.
  • 06Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:
  • 07Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock availability.
  • 08Support accurate record
  • 09Coordinate deliveries to customers or project sites in alignment with project schedules.
  • 10Documentation & Reporting:
  • 11Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs forms.
  • 12Prepare regular logistics and cost reports for management review.
