Key responsibilities
  • 01Source and procure materials such as pipes, flanges, fittings, valves, gaskets, and stud bolts from international and local suppliers.
  • 02Analyze purchase requisitions, request quotes, and prepare comparative statements for supplier selection.
  • 03Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist, Senior Buyer, or a similar role, preferably within the oilfield supply, industrial, or metals sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in sourcing and procuring technical industrial products (pipes, valves, fittings, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of international trade and import/export processes is required.
