Key responsibilities
  • 01We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor
  • 02Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects
  • 03Analyse costs, value, and risks associated with tenders and contracts
  • 04Produce bills of quantities and other tender documents
  • 05Advise on procurement strategy and contractual matters
  • 06Monitor and report on project costs and budgets throughout the construction process
  • 07Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts
  • 08Negotiate and agree on interim and final accounts with clients and contractors
  • 09Analyse completed projects to improve future cost planning
  • 10Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals in the construction industry
  • 11Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • 12Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
Required qualifications
  • — Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • — Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering quantity surveying
  • — Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Causeway)
  • — Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • — Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • — Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • — depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods
  • — Experience in cost estimation, cost control, and contract administration
