Key responsibilities
  • 01We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor
  • 02Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects
  • 03Analyse costs, value, and risks associated with tenders and contracts
  • 04Produce bills of quantities and other tender documents
  • 05Advise on procurement strategy and contractual matters

  • 12Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering quantity surveying
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Causeway)
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods
  • Experience in cost estimation, cost control, and contract administration
