تبحث Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) عن مدير مالي ذو خبرة وموجه نحو النتائج لقيادة العمليات المالية للشركة ودعم نمو الأعمال الاستراتيجية.
المتطلبات
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على جميع العمليات المالية، بما في ذلك المحاسبة وإعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ وإدارة التدفق النقدي.
- إعداد البيانات المالية والتقارير الإدارية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية.
- تطوير ومراقبة الميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية ومبادرات مراقبة التكاليف.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السعودية، بما في ذلك ZATCA، GOSI، WPS، والمتطلبات القانونية الأخرى.
- إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والحسابات المستحقة القبض والرواتب وأنشطة دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- تنسيق عمليات المراجعة الخارجية والاتصال مع مراجعي الحسابات والبنوك والسلطات التنظيمية.
- إنشاء وتحسين السياسات والإجراءات والضوابط الداخلية المالية.
- تقديم التحليل المالي والتوصيات الاستراتيجية للإدارة العليا.
- دعم تخطيط الأعمال وقرارات الاستثمار وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية (SOCPA، CPA، ACCA، CMA، أو ما يعادلها).
- الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال المالية والمحاسبة، بما في ذلك سنتين على الأقل في دور إداري.
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة المالية السعودية، والضرائب، وممارسات الرواتب.
- خبرة مع أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (مثل Oracle أو SAP أو Odoo أو Microsoft Dynamics أو ما شابه ذلك).
- الكفاءة المتقدمة في برنامج Microsoft Excel وإعداد التقارير المالية.
- مهارات القيادة والتحليل وصنع القرار ممتازة.
- يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية. اللغة العربية هي ميزة.

1Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations and support strategic business growth.

4Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
5Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
6Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control initiatives.
7Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA, GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements.
8Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

6Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
7Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
8Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
9Support business planning, investment decisions, and operational performance improvement.
10Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
11Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
12Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role .
13Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and payroll practices.
14Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
