نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيدعم كبير محاسبي GL فريق GL في إدارة عمليات الإغلاق والتسويات والتحليل المالي في نهاية الشهر، مما يضمن الحصول على بيانات مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تقديم الدعم في العمليات اليومية لفريق GL، وضمان نشر المعاملات بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الإشراف على عملية إغلاق نهاية الشهر، وضمان تسجيل كافة الإدخالات المالية، والتوفيق بينها، وإغلاقها وفقا للجدول الزمني.
- مراجعة والتحقق من إدخالات دفتر اليومية وتسويات الحسابات والتقارير المالية.
- مراقبة سلامة البيانات المالية وضمان الامتثال للسياسات واللوائح المحاسبية.
- المساعدة في إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية.
- التنسيق مع مراجعي الحسابات الداخليين والخارجيين أثناء عمليات التدقيق وتوفير الوثائق اللازمة.
- تقديم الدعم لفرق التمويل والعمليات فيما يتعلق باستفسارات وقضايا GL.
- تقديم الدعم في تنفيذ التحسينات العملية لتعزيز كفاءة وظائف GL.
- المساعدة في تطوير السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 2-4 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال المحاسبة والبيانات المالية.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة العامة ومعايير إعداد التقارير المالية.
- يتقن برامج المحاسبة (مثل Oracle وSAP)، إلى جانب تطبيقات MS Office.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
- الكفاءة في إنشاء البيانات المالية بموجب المعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية.
- معرفة تشغيلية وتنفيذية قوية بشأن المعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية.
- مهارات الاتصال والتعامل مع الآخرين ممتازة.
- موجه نحو التفاصيل بمستوى عالٍ من الدقة.
المسؤوليات
1Support in daily operations of the GL team, ensuring timely and accurate posting of transactions.
2Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial entries are recorded, reconciled, and closed in accordance with the timeline.
3Review and verify journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
4Monitor the integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
5Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
6Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
7Provide support to finance and operations teams regarding GL inquiries and issues.
8Support in the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the GL functions.
المتطلبات
1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
22-4 years of experience in accounting and financial statements.
3Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
4Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP), along with MS Office applications.
5Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6Proficiency in creating financial statements under IFRS.
7Strong operational and implementation knowledge on IFRS.
8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
