Facility Manager

  • 01Owners Association Management
  • 02Manage Owners Association operations across multiple buildings.
  • 03Ensure timely billing and collection of annual service charges from unit owners.
  • 04Prepare service charge budgets and monitor expenses in line with approved budgets.
  • 05Coordinate and oversee monthly maintenance of all common areas (MEP, cleaning, landscaping, lifts, etc.).
  • 06Facility & Maintenance Management
  • 07Handle maintenance requests from owners and tenants, particularly for structural and common
  • 08Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost
  • 09Conduct regular site inspections to ensure buildings are well
  • 10maintained and compliant with safety standards.
  • 11Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and contractor performance reports.
  • 12Leasing & Tenant Coordination
