Key responsibilities
- 01Manage Owners Association operations across multiple buildings.
- 02Ensure timely billing and collection of annual service charges from unit owners.
- 03Prepare service charge budgets and monitor expenses in line with approved budgets.
- 04Coordinate and oversee monthly maintenance of all common areas (MEP, cleaning, landscaping, lifts, etc.).
- 05Handle maintenance requests from owners and tenants, particularly for structural and common
- 06Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost
- 07Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and contractor performance reports.
- 08Liaise with property owners to assist in identifying and securing suitable tenants.
- 09Coordinate property viewings and support leasing and brokerage activities.
- 10Ensure proper handover of units to tenants and manage move
