Human Resources Generalist

  • 02Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • 03Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters.
  • 04Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
  • 05Develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and programs.
  • 06Conduct training sessions on topics related to employee relations and workplace behavior.
  • 07Monitor employee morale and satisfaction and recommend interventions to address concerns.
  • 08Payroll Administration
  • 09Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring that employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions are calculated accurately and processed on time.
  • 10Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and wage protection regulations.
  • 11Maintain accurate attendance data for payroll calculations.
  • 12Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including proper withholding and reporting of employee taxes.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • — hoc HR and payroll reports. · Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data. Additional Tasks May be assigned. Skills Qualifications: Education & Experience
  • — eight years' experience in a Generalist role. Skills:
