Key responsibilities
  • 01Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • 02Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters.
  • 03Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
  • 04Develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and programs.
  • 05Conduct training sessions on topics related to employee relations and workplace behavior.
  • 06Monitor employee morale and satisfaction and recommend interventions to address concerns.
  • 07Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and wage protection regulations.
  • 08Maintain accurate attendance data for payroll calculations.
  • 09Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including proper withholding and reporting of employee taxes.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
