- 03Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters.
- 04Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
- 05Develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and programs.
- 06Conduct training sessions on topics related to employee relations and workplace behavior.
- 07Monitor employee morale and satisfaction and recommend interventions to address concerns.
- 08Payroll Administration
- 09Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring that employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions are calculated accurately and processed on time.
- 10Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and wage protection regulations.
- 11Maintain accurate attendance data for payroll calculations.
- 12Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including proper withholding and reporting of employee taxes.
- — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
