  • 01Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and high quality standards
  • 02Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve service excellence
  • 03Ensure guest satisfaction by handling feedback and resolving issues professionally
  • 04Monitor costs, revenue, and inventory to achieve financial targets
  • 05Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • 08Manage finances through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue optimization, and analyzing financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • 09Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all business areas.
  • 10Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and make strategic recommendations accordingly.
  • 11Develop and implement marketing initiatives and special events to attract new customers, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.
  • 12Foster collaboration across different brands within the F&B division to apply collective strengths and resources.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or high
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent guest service and communication abilities
  • Good financial and operational understanding of F&B outlets
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
