  • 01Source and procure materials such as pipes, flanges, fittings, valves, gaskets, and stud bolts from international and local suppliers.
  • 02Analyze purchase requisitions, request quotes, and prepare comparative statements for supplier selection.
  • 03Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • 04Place purchase orders and manage the order
  • 05delivery process, including tracking and expediting.
  • 06Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • 07Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders and contracts.
  • 08Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inbound shipments and customs clearance.
  • 09Resolve issues related to late deliveries, material quality, or invoice discrepancies.
  • 10Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • — Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist, Senior Buyer, or a similar role, preferably within the oilfield supply, industrial, or metals sector.
  • — Demonstrable experience in sourcing and procuring technical industrial products (pipes, valves, fittings, etc.).
  • — Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • — Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems.
  • — Understanding of international trade and import/export processes is required.
