Role overview

Position Overview A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Radiologist with UK CCT to join its specialist imaging team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services and contribute to multidisciplinary clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultant-level diagnostic radiology services across appropriate imaging modalities.
  • Interpret and report MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and other diagnostic imaging studies according to clinical expertise.
  • Perform image-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures where appropriately trained.
  • Provide accurate and timely radiological reports to support clinical decision-making.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and complex case discussions.
  • Work closely with clinicians, surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists.
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and reporting quality.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
  • Participate in teaching, training, audit, research, and quality-improvement activities.

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • UK CCT in Radiology / Clinical Radiology.
  • Specialist registration with the relevant UK medical authority.
  • Relevant post-CCT consultant-level experience.
  • Strong experience in diagnostic radiology; subspecialty expertise is an advantage.
  • Experience in a tertiary-care, teaching, or academic hospital is preferred.
  • Eligible for DOH/DHA medical licensing , depending on the location.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, reporting, and multidisciplinary team-working skills.
