Key responsibilities
- 01Oversee the collection, verification, and processing of all invoices, ensuring proper purchase orders, supporting documents, and required approvals are obtained prior to payment.
- 02Prepare and manage scheduled payment listings, ensuring all disbursements are reviewed, validated, and approved before processing.
- 03Ensure all supplier reconciliations are completed accurately and on a monthly basis.
- 04Maintain an organized and efficient filing and documentation system to support the smooth administration of the Finance Department.
- 05Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of credit arrangements with suppliers as required.
- 06Support the Financial Controller with additional duties, analysis tasks, and special projects as needed.
