  • 09Prepare, review, and coordinate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • 10Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotation proposals
  • 11Coordinate with QS and vendors for accurate quantity take
  • 12Review contractor quotations and provide technical clarifications
Preferred qualifications
  • — Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office (BIM experience preferred)

  • — out projects (Qatar experience preferred)
  • — Knowledge of local building regulations and permitting processes is an advantage
  • — SketchUp Qualifications: B.Arch. or M.Arch The achievement of a Professional registration of an internationally recognised institution i.e RIBA, AIA, LEED is highly desirable and a distinct advantage
