- 01Prepare architectural design concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings
- 02Develop construction drawings, specifications, and material schedules
- 03Ensure designs comply with local building codes, standards, and project requirements
- 04Prepare, review, and coordinate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- 05Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotation proposals
- 06Coordinate with QS and vendors for accurate quantity take
- 07Review contractor quotations and provide technical clarifications
- 08Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- 09Resolve design conflicts and discrepancies during design and execution stages
- 10Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives
- — Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office (BIM experience preferred)
