Bilingual Business Analyst

Key responsibilities
  • 01Collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems and propose solutions
  • 02Plan and design simple to moderately complex business processes and system modifications
  • 03Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • 04Create test case scenarios and support business application testing
  • 05Draft user stories and business requirements documentation
  • 06Support QA, UAT, and release phases of projects
  • 07Contribute to time estimations and procedural documentation
  • 08Aid in understanding technical aspects of mobile/web apps
  • 09Mentor other analysts and oversee their work as needed
  • 10Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 11Experience in the insurance industry is required
  • 12(health insurance or Insurtech preferred)
