Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in Managerial or similar supervisory role, preferably in the construction, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets and successfully managing tender processes.
  • Strong understanding of the Bahraini market dynamics and business market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in any ERP software’s and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license.
Preferred qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is advantage.
