Required qualifications
  • — Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • — Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in Managerial or similar supervisory role, preferably in the construction, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
  • — Proven history of achieving sales targets and successfully managing tender processes.
  • — Strong understanding of the Bahraini market dynamics and business market.
  • — Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • — Proficiency in any ERP software’s and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • — Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • — Valid Bahrain driving license.

  • — Fluency in English and Arabic is advantage.
