  • 01The extent of your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
  • 02Plan and execute the daily forecast and effective materials management of all non
  • 03inventory packaging supplies
  • 04Execute purchase order creation based on the planned forecast and internal requests
  • 05Liaise with suppliers to secure prompt deliveries for the full range of shipping supplies items
  • 06Develop relationships with primary internal customers (on
  • 07site management teams), external suppliers and other Amazon Teams (Operations and Corporate)
  • 08Work in full compliance with the company Spending and Transaction Policy
  • 09Plan the truck deliveries in full while placing replenishment orders
  • 10Plan time slots for deliveries upfront with the suppliers
  • 11Communicate the accurate delivery schedule to the local FC NIRs teams
  • 12Be the escalation POC to ensure deliveries are offloaded as per the agreed timelines with suppliers
