Customer Service Agent
Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services. In the GCC market, this role is actively hired across kuwait, saudi, uae with 3 recent postings.
- 01Always deliver best in class customer service to all DSV customers.
- 02Ensure all communications are professional, timely and appropriately handled using the best medium, for both internal and external correspondence.
- 03Send routing, follow up with origin and update customer with status at all stages till freight arrives in Saudi.
- 04Update the tracking sheet with freight status and send to the customer on daily basis.
- 05Negotiate rates with Carriers and update the Export Rate sheet in share point.
- 06Create jobs in CW1 for all export shipments.
- 07Quote Agent & Customers for all export inquiries.
- 08Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison with customers, carriers and vendors.
- 09Provides regular update to the Line Manager.
- 10Any other related duties/projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time to meet the business needs.
- 11Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- 125 years of Freight operations experience.
- — Minimum 1 year in a UAE based Logistics, Transport OR Car rental company.
- — Computer literate with Microsoft office applications.
- — Customer service experience.
- — Ability to communicate in other foreign language will be advantageous.
- — A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
