Institutional Sales Manager

Key responsibilities
  • 01Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
  • 02Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
  • 03Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
  • 04Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
  • 05Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate, or other subjects of sale.
  • 06Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • 07Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • 08Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.
  • 09Determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • 10Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
  • 11Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • 12Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Required qualifications
  • 5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc
  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
