Learning & Development Specialist

  • 01: Conduct learning needs analysis and coordinate competency
  • 02Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • 03Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.

  • 09Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
  • 10Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
  • 11Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
  • 12Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions.
Required qualifications
  • writing skills. High cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with families and young children. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred qualifications
  • 4 with learning difficulties. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Additional Credentials (Preferred): UAE
