Key responsibilities
  • 01Network Design & Implementation:
  • 02Design, configure, and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC).
  • 03Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • 04Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the security team.
  • 05Visit sites for new deployments and installations. Troubleshooting & Support:
  • 06Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
  • 07Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.
  • 08Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • 09Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
  • 10Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
  • 11Conduct Network Operations Center (NOC) activities to ensure continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. Documentation & Reporting:
