Key responsibilities
  • 01Lead, develop, and implement regional IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives
  • 02Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, servers, and software applications
  • 03Ensure high system availability, performance, data integrity, and cybersecurity across all locations
  • 04Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery plans, and backup strategies
  • 05Manage IT service delivery and ensure effective support for all departments

  • 07Own and manage Retail ERP and POS systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail

  • 10Manage CRM, clienteling, and SMS marketing platforms
  • 11Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and insights
  • 12Own Power BI dashboards and reporting for sales, inventory, finance, and customer analytics
Required qualifications

  • Coordinate and support global IT teams on corporate systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects
