Quantitative Researcher
Develop quantitative techniques to inform securities investing, equities investing, pricing, or valuation of financial instruments. In the GCC market, this role is actively hired across uae with 2 recent postings.
- 01Responsible for pricing, risk management and agency trading strategies ideation, design, back
- 02testing, and implementation
- 03Interact directly with the development team to ensure a smooth and agile implementation process into the trading platform
- 04Participate in all the stages of the development of new products. Including: ideation, modeling, risk management and parameter tuning
- 05Apply mathematical or statistical techniques to address practical issues in finance, such as derivative valuation, securities trading, risk management, or financial market regulation.
- 06Research or develop analytical tools to address issues such as portfolio construction or optimization, performance measurement, attribution, profit and loss measurement, or pricing models.
- 07Interpret results of financial analysis procedures.
- 08Develop core analytical capabilities or model libraries, using advanced statistical, quantitative, or econometric techniques.
- 09Define or recommend model specifications or data collection methods.
- 10Produce written summary reports of financial research results.
- 11Maintain or modify all financial analytic models in use.
- 12Provide application or analytical support to researchers or traders on issues such as valuations or data.
- — 2+ years of experience in a quantitative researcher/analyst position
- — Master degree or higher in mathematics/statistics or similar relevant area of study required
- — Proven track record of good academic achievement and great learning skills, love to solve challenging problems and work in a fast
