Key responsibilities
- 01Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer
- 02Act positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets.
- 03Perform any other job
- 04Implement and install solutions at customer's infrastructure platforms.
- 05Prepare, review and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.
- 06Conduct Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits.
