Key responsibilities
- 01What will I be doing?
- 02Assist the Front Office Manager with the daily department operations
- 03Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- 04Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management
- 05Handle emergency calls immediately and relay complete and accurate information, as required
- 06Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- 07Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- 08Attend appropriate training courses, when required
