Key responsibilities

  • 01In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • 02Deliver on GSK Expectations.
  • 03Control receiving activity of materials in the area of responsibility and ensure that all are matching with the PO and packing list.
  • 04Store items according to its location and approval from QA.
  • 05Issuance of materials to production according to work orders (MO & PO) & material requisition (MR).
  • 06Maintain the records “entries” of stock as per the current transaction.
  • 07Report any incoming or outgoing materials and finished goods discrepancies from any process made.
  • 08To support implementation of Status labeling, GMP & Safety requirements during the department activities.
  • 09Use of forklift and trolley to transport materials.
  • 10Use of RF devices for any and all stock movement e.g. Transfer order confirmation, picking of pallets using individual's own login credentials.
  • 11Issuance of GRN and the relevant records and deliver it to the owner department.
  • 12To coordinate with QC for the sampling activities for material handling.

Required qualifications

  • : Transportation of materials to its exact location.
  • : On time issuance and delivery of GRNs.
  • : Accountable for individually identified risks and escalate to the line manager, where applicable develop risk mitigation plan and monitor the implementation plan.
  • : Transportation is requiring a physical movements all the times including manual handling and handling of hazardous materials.
  • : Cross contamination management SOP between all warehouse must be adhered in all times
  • : Basic Qualifications:
