حول الدور: مدير المحاسبة الأب مسؤول عن الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية العامة للشركة، وضمان دقة السجلات المالية، والحفاظ على الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية، واللوائح الضريبية، والإجراءات المالية الداخلية. بصفتك مدير المحاسبة الأول، ستدير أنشطة المحاسبة العامة، وتشرف على إعداد ميزان المراجعة ومراجعته، والتنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين، وتتعامل مع الأنشطة اليومية المتعلقة بالضرائب، بما في ذلك حسابات الضرائب وعمليات التفتيش والامتثال. ستضمن أيضًا التنفيذ الفعال للضوابط الداخلية والإجراءات المحاسبية عبر العمليات المالية للشركة.
المتطلبات
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية العامة والتأكد من التسجيل الدقيق للمعاملات المالية وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية وسياسات الشركة.
- إعداد ومراجعة وضمان دقة موازين المراجعة وحسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- التنسيق مع مراجعي الحسابات الخارجيين، وتوفير الوثائق المطلوبة وتسهيل إجراءات التدقيق.
- الإشراف على الأنشطة المتعلقة بالضرائب، بما في ذلك حسابات الضرائب وعمليات التفتيش والامتثال والتنسيق اليومي مع السلطات الضريبية ذات الصلة.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة الضوابط الداخلية لضمان الامتثال للسياسات المالية والإجراءات المحاسبية.

المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في المحاسبة العامة، وإعداد التقارير المالية، والامتثال الضريبي، وتنسيق المراجعة الخارجية.
- معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية، واللوائح الضريبية، وأطر الرقابة الداخلية.
- خبرة في إدارة موازين المراجعة وحسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام والإجراءات المحاسبية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل المشكلات قوية.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة والقدرة على التنسيق بفعالية مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.

3Oversee general accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
4Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of trial balances and general ledger accounts.
5Coordinate with external auditors, providing the required documentation and facilitating audit procedures.
6Oversee tax-related activities, including tax calculations, inspections, compliance, and day-to-day coordination with relevant tax authorities.
7Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting procedures.
8Ensure the consistent application of accounting procedures and maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations.

7Monitor financial operations to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records.
8Support the continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and reporting practices.
9Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
10Proven experience in general accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and external audit coordination.
11Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
12Experience managing trial balances, general ledger accounts, and accounting procedures.
13Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
14Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
