- 01Primary point of contact with buy and sell side analysts and investors
- 02Act as a POC for shareholders inquiries
- 03Understands local compliance regulations for listed companies and is familiar with applicable corporate governance requirements
- 04Assist with preparing corporate presentations and any IR communication materials with investors
- 05Prepare quarterly financial releases
- 06Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
