Key responsibilities
- 01Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Arabic dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- 02Ensure proper measurement, preparation, and storage of ingredients, reporting any spoilage or shortages.
- 03Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
- 04Support daily kitchen operations, including mise en place and assisting with receiving and storing supplies.
- 05Maintain food safety and hygiene standards as per HACCP guidelines.
- 06Work cooperatively with other team members and support other sections when needed.
