Key responsibilities
  • 01Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Arabic dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • 02Ensure proper measurement, preparation, and storage of ingredients, reporting any spoilage or shortages.
  • 03Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
  • 04Support daily kitchen operations, including mise en place and assisting with receiving and storing supplies.
