Deputy Project Manager

Key responsibilities
  • 01A. Subcontractor, Vendor & Contracts Leadership
  • 02Represent the Construction Director in subcontractor and key vendor negotiations, including pricing, scope, schedule, and commercial terms
  • 03Lead preparation and management of RFI / RFP / RFQ / RFO packages, bid evaluations, technical
  • 04commercial clarifications, and recommendation reports
  • 05Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance using defined KPIs (schedule, progress, quality, NCRs, HSE, responsiveness)
  • 06Initiate corrective and recovery actions where performance deviates from plan
  • 07Prepare formal correspondence, meeting minutes, and action trackers; ensure disciplined follow
  • 08B. Project Controls, Planning & Executive Reporting
  • 09Develop, maintain, and challenge master construction schedules (baseline and updates), with clear visibility on critical path and float
  • 10Establish and control project budgets, cost plans, cash
  • 11flow forecasts, and commitment curves
  • 12Track actuals vs. budget and schedule; analyze variances and propose mitigation strategies
