Key responsibilities
- 01A. Subcontractor, Vendor & Contracts Leadership
- 02Represent the Construction Director in subcontractor and key vendor negotiations, including pricing, scope, schedule, and commercial terms
- 03Lead preparation and management of RFI / RFP / RFQ / RFO packages, bid evaluations, technical
- 04Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance using defined KPIs (schedule, progress, quality, NCRs, HSE, responsiveness)
