Key responsibilities
- 01Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- 02Responding promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergency calls.
- 03Monitoring and maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
- 04Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedules.
- 05Ensuring proper operation of equipment such as chillers, AHUs, boilers, pumps, and generators.
- 06Coordinating with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- 07Maintaining logs, checklists, and records of maintenance work carried out.
- 08Ensuring compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and hotel SOPs.
