Key responsibilities

  • 01Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
  • 02Responding promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergency calls.
  • 03Monitoring and maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
  • 04Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedules.
  • 05Ensuring proper operation of equipment such as chillers, AHUs, boilers, pumps, and generators.
  • 06Coordinating with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
  • 07Maintaining logs, checklists, and records of maintenance work carried out.
  • 08Ensuring compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and hotel SOPs.
  • 09Supervising contractors and service providers during repair or maintenance works when required.
