Key responsibilities
  • 01Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
  • 02Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • 03Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
  • 04Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
  • 05Mediate between the company, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
  • 06Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
  • 07Oversee all financial activities within the organization, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory
  • 08Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
  • 09Notifying OSH Hazards, incidents, Near misses and issues and assistance with the preparation of risk assessments, incident reports
  • 10Comply with Waste management procedures and policies
  • 11Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs
  • 12Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
Preferred qualifications
  • & Experience Professional certifications preferred: CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA 8
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, CFA or CPA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, with managerial exposure preferred.
  • CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
