- 01Verify the General Cashier’s report, Income journal voucher and review supplier invoices, as well as general ledger coding of expenses
- 02Verify supplier payments with supporting invoices, LPOs, etc. and expense reimbursement with supporting documents
- 03Prepare general ledger reconciliation and follow up for the renewals of contracts expiring
- 04Review general ledger at month end and analyze expenses and major variations from the budget
- 05Ensure that all accounting reports and job deadlines for other employees are met
- 06Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- 07Ensure timely and accurate month
- 08Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide actionable financial insights to management
- 09Monitor cash flow, cost controls, margins, and profitability across outlets and retail operations
- 10Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and external audit requirements
- 11Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
