Key responsibilities
- 01Issuing & posting invoices using QuickBooks.
- 02Posting account transactions (Receivables, Payables & others) using QuickBooks.
- 03Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
- 04Preparing monthly salaries through WPS.
- 05Prepares and processes electronic payments/cheque requisitions for monthly remittance deadlines.
- 06Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
- 07Perform tasks that may assigned from time to time including logistic duties.
- 08Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries.
- 09Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- 10Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- 11Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile other financial accounts.
- 12Prepare and process payroll in accordance with Qatar Labour Law.

- : Work experience as an Accountant is a must.
