- 01Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- 02Drive the implementation of strategic and operational HR programs aligned with the company goals and in compliance with local legislation.
- 03Design and Develop HR policies aligned with company strategies.
- 04Manage Payroll and Benefits program.
- 05Manage HRIS, Company Portals, Company Documents/Licensing and Government Relations.
- 06Assist Flight Operations Manager with Flight Crew Management, Crew Scheduling and Crew Licensing.
- 07Min. 8 years of experience in Human Resources
- 08Understating of Flight Operations and Flight Crew Licensing
- 09Proven professional experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, Change Management, Job Evaluations, Employee Relations, HR systems and Employee Engagement.
- 10Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 11Ability to work well under pressure ensuring tasks are prioritized and goals are met
Required qualifications
- : Min. 8 years of experience in Human Resources
- : Min. 3 years’ experience as Senior HR Generalist/Managerial role in Aviation industry
- : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / Human Resources and/or a qualified member of the CIPD (or equivalent)
- : Understating of Flight Operations and Flight Crew Licensing
- : Proven professional experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, Change Management, Job Evaluations, Employee Relations, HR systems and Employee Engagement.
- : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- : Resilient, have a passion for working in the dynamically growing aviation industry
- : Ability to work well under pressure ensuring tasks are prioritized and goals are met
