Key responsibilities
  • 01Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • 02Lead the recruitment process for the client, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • 03Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires at the client's company, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and orientation sessions are scheduled.
  • 04Prepare and update job descriptions as needed for the client.
  • 05Employee Records and Administration:
  • 06Manage the client's HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • 07Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, for the client.
  • 08Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • 09Assist with the client's payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely submission of timesheets and payroll data.
  • 10Coordinate the client's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave management.
  • 11Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits for the client.
Required qualifications
  • UAE National with 1
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of LMRA/SIO/Immigration formalities and visa applications (work, visit etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
