- 01Generate provisional order forms and process system
- 02Update systems with any changes during the procurement and transit cycle.
- 03Liaise with cargo agents and provide all required documentation for product clearance prior to arrival, including Commercial Registration (CR), MSDS, covering sheets, and product catalogues.
- 04Manage and control inventory at OAS Stores, including;

- 07Material arrangement, monitoring, and storage optimization
- 08Physical inventory counts and inspections
- 09Prepare and maintain monthly stock updates and ageing reports for KM, OE, BM, and OT categories.
