Key responsibilities
- 01Close all physically completed orders in Oracle
- 02Troubleshoot problems during picking and escalate to supervisor for inventory discrepancy, damage or shortage during picking
- 03Report and update in case of damages or losses during order preparation and dispatching
- 04Report & update temperature excursions during picking and packing process
- 05Train and coach new and existing staff on procedures, standards and Work instructions
- 06Record and maintain Productivity sheet for each activity including picking, Packing, staging, loading and other movement across the warehouse
