- 06Manage the SVP’s complex calendar, travel, meetings, and prioritization of agenda to ensure strategic time allocation.
- 07Serve as the primary liaison between the SVP, senior leadership, external partners, vendors, and cross functional teams.
- 08Ensure strict confidentiality and professional judgment in handling sensitive information.
- 09Prepare, review, and assemble executive level documentation including memos, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- 10Anticipate the SVP’s needs by gathering data, performing initial analysis, and ensuring readiness for key engagements.
- 11Coordinate a wide range of confidential and non confidential projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and follow ups are tracked and executed.
- 12Support departmental strategy execution by consolidating project inputs, monitoring initiative progress, and reporting to the SVP.
Required qualifications

- : Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, with minimum 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership.

- : Strong project coordination skills with the ability to track deliverables, follow up independently, and ensure timely execution.
